Hope you’re feeling better soon! And thanks for the humorous break in my blog reading this afternoon!

i like both dayquil and nyquil when i’m sick, but my husband has the opposite preference from you. he likes nyquil but can’t stand dayquil! for some reason…

I love Nyquil. That stuff just knocks me out. It’s a cold coma.

Hmm. Haven’t done DayQuil, but NyQuil knocks me senseless. I hallucinate and sweat like crazy.
Hows that for getting personal?

I’m not a fan of either, but definitely take them when needed. Hope your cold breezes by quickly!

I hate the green stuff. It makes me puke. My husband loves it so we have to keep both the cherry (for me!) and the horrible green ick.
Hope you feel better!
BTW, I am SO THRILLED you’re back. I know I haven’t said that eariler but I’ve been so busy that I haven’t had a chance.

Hope you’re on the mend soon! Now, don’t get all Judy Garland on us with the night and day regimen.

(I found your blog through a comment you left on Shannon Hale’s blog…)
I hope you get better quickly
And, personally, I don’t really like Dayquil OR Nyquil…I’m more of a tablet/pill type o’ gal
(Can’t stand the liquid-y medicine stuff, unfortunately : )

being sick is the pits. there is no best part to it. to me the best of all worlds is when you’re at home pretending to be sick but you’re not.
be well.

Having taken neither of these, I don’t get it. I take ZiCam.
But I’m sorry you’re sick!

Thank you, everyone, for your get-well wishes. I’m sorry not to have replied personally to the comments this time–as mentioned, I wasn’t feeling that well, and didn’t have the energy. I’m up and running again, though, and will be replying again!

I am enjoying your stories but with this one I am moved to speak – NyQuil is a BOMB! Thanks for passing the word. It induces mindlessness.
Thanks also for visiting my blog and commenting on the soupkitchen witch. Best wishes, Rick
